Pacific

Pacific is a large-scale residential development located in the coastal area of Ras Al Khaimah on Al Marjan Island. The project consists of six 10-storey buildings named after Pacific islands: Samoa, Tonga, Fiji, Tahiti, Polynesia, and Bora Bora. The complex was developed by Select Group and was fully commissioned in 2017. The buildings offer scenic views of the Arabian Gulf and the skyline.

There are a total of 1,400 residential units, including studios, one- to two-bedroom apartments, and duplexes with private gardens. Units are available to buy and rent and range in size from 445 sq. ft. to 1,900 sq. ft.
