Jumeirah Living Business Bay

Launched in Q3 2022, Jumeirah Living Business Bay is the sixth phase of the Peninsula mega-development located in the vibrant area of Business Bay. It will be developed by Jumeirah Group, becoming its fourth branded project in Dubai, in collaboration with Select Group, which is the mastermind behind the entire Peninsula.

The architectural design will be led by the highly experienced team at Killa Design, famed for work on the Museum of the Future and Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. Jumeirah Living Business Bay will be one of the six premium Peninsula towers located on the edge of the Dubai Canal.

The premium 35-storey tower will have a bespoke collection of two- to four-bedroom apartments, five-bedroom half-floor and duplex penthouses, and an exclusive full-floor master penthouse on the top floor. In total, there are 82 upscale units available for purchase

For the utmost convenience of homeowners, Jumeirah Living Business Bay will have three floors of parking. Owners of the two-bedroom apartments will be able to benefit from two parking spaces. Owners of the three- and four-bedroom properties will have three parking spaces, and duplex penthouses, along with the full-floor residence, will have four parking spaces. In addition, following the latest trend for eco-friendly living, there will be 10 onsite EV charging stations.
