Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah is an ultra-luxury development by Arada and the iconic Armani Group on the coveted Palm Jumeirah. Armani Group collaborated with the real estate giant, Arada, via the Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio. The sensational complex has various forms of seascapes in its architectural concept.

The properties in Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah will be designed by Tadao Ando, who is a Pritzker award-winning Japanese architect. Tadao Ando has already worked with the Armani Group once before on the concept of Armani/Teatro in Milan in 2001.

The branded development features a bespoke selection of exquisite residences, among which are stylish 2-4 bedroom apartments, spacious 5-bedroom presidential suites, and palatial 5-bedroom penthouses. The property sizes range from 2,657 sq. ft to 9,501 sq. ft.

The layouts of the branded apartments feature a show kitchen, a staff room, a dressing room and a balcony. The 4-bedroom units come with a massage room, a lobby and an office. Select 5-bedroom residences are equipped with a swimming pool.

Armani/Casa offer two exclusive interior design collections to choose from: Darker Bridge and Checkers. The Darker Bridge collection has natural stone, oak, glass and textured bronze materials. The Checkers collection, meanwhile, boasts a lighter colour palette with natural woods, lacquers and textured glass.
